‘Metro…In Dino’, a film that apparently takes its title from the popular song ‘In Dino’ from ‘Life in a… Metro’, will showcase bittersweet stories of human relationships based on contemporary times.

Sharing more details about the film, Basu earlier said, “Metro…In Dino is a story of the people and for the people! It’s been a while since I worked on this film and I’m happy to be working with with yet another powerhouse like Bhushan Kumar, who has always been like a pillar of strength for me!”

He added, “The storyline is very fresh and relevant as I am looking forward to working with great artists who bring with them the essence of today’s look. Since music plays a very important role in every film, I wouldn’t could be happier to work with my dear friend Pritam who literally added life to the characters and story through his work.”

Basu is known for his films like ‘Barfi’, ‘Life In a Metro’, ‘Ludo’ and ‘Jagga Jasoos’.

He will also direct ‘Aashiqui 3’, which stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead role.
